Art Therapy is a practice that facilitates healing, processing emotions, and self expression. Sometimes words are not enough and that is where art can be used to bridge the gap in understanding one’s own feelings and experiences. Art Therapy is always about the process and never the product. This means you don’t need any experience or skills as an artist to participate. Anyone can benefit from art therapy whether they “draw stick figures” or have experience and skill with the use of art materials.

What to expect

I offer a safe and comfortable space with access to mediums such as drawing, painting, collage, sculpture, clay, and mixed media. All art created in session is the property of the client and they have the option to either take their art home or store at the office.
