  • Do you accept insurance?

    I do not accept insurance at this time and can only take self-pay (credit card or cash) for sessions. Clients are responsible for the full session cost at the end of each appointment. However, clients with certain out-of-network benefits may be eligible for partial reimbursement of their session cost. I encourage you to call the number on the back of your insurance card to determine if your plan will allow for outpatient mental health service reimbursement.

  • Do I have to participate in art therapy to receive treatment?

    Participation in art therapy is not required to receive mental health services. I understand that this service may not be what you are looking for when it comes to your mental health treatment, and that is okay! I will never force clients to do anything they are not comfortable with and I tailor my services to each client’s needs and preferences.

  • How do I get started?

    Please submit an appointment request via the contact page or directly email your inquiry to caitlinleggettcounseling@gmail.com. I am happy to answer any questions you might have about my practice and assist you in determining if my services are a good fit for your therapeutic needs and goals. I will also assist you in scheduling your first appointment and provide detailed instructions on how to access your client portal to fill out the required intake paperwork.
